Hope everyone enjoyed the games yesterday and had some luck on the main slate. We are on to Monday night! The (1-1) Cowboys led by Cooper Rush head to MetLife Stadium to take on the (2-0) New York Giants in an NFC East showdown. The Giants are 1-point home favorites in a game featuring a 39-point total. Jerry Jones claims there could be a “QB controversy” in Dallas after this one, but we will just have to wait and see. With another game where the ownership will most likely condense around a few players, we can look to build some contrarian lineups through the passing game of these offenses tonight and try and gain an edge on the field. As always, below you will find my top plays of the slate, my top value options on a $/point ratio, some leverage ideas to avoid high ownership players, and a few cheap plays that are viable in large field tournaments. I will go over a few roster construction ideas as well. Best of luck as always!

TOP PLAYS:
SAQUON BARKLEY. SALARY: $11,800. PROJ: 19.15
The clear top option tonight, projecting higher than the rest of the field by nearly 3 DK points. A cash game lock tonight, and should be the highest owned player in tournaments at both FLX and CPT ownership. It’s been a tale of 2 weeks for Barkley, leading the team in target share (38.1%), rush share (54.5%), red-zone targets (2) and goal line carries (2) in week 1 for a whopping 36.4 DK points. Following that up with a mediocre week 2, but still leading the team in touch share (43.6%) and rush share (63.6%). This offense flows through Barkley which is evident as Barkley is 2nd in the league in snap count % at 83% which is truly elite.
