We have an NFC West showdown tonight, between the defending Superbowl Champion Los Angeles Rams vs the San Francisco 49ers. The Niners are 2-point home favorites, in a game featuring a 42.5-point total. The headline of the night will be that “Kyle Shanahan owns Sean Mcvay”, as the Niners are 7-3 under Shanahan vs Mcvay and his Rams. The Trey Lance era was fun for a week and a half, but we are back to the Jimmy G-led Niners. Two different offensive styles in this one, with the Niners ranking 31st in the NFL in PROE while the Rams are top 6. Cooper Kupp will be the people’s choice tonight, and with ownership likely to condense around a few players, we can look to take advantage yet again tonight in large field tournaments. Below will include my top plays, my top value options at a $/point ratio, some tournament leverage plays, my favorite cheap plays, and then some roster construction ideas to get you started. Best of luck as always to everyone.

TOP PLAYS:
COOPER KUPP. SALARY: $12,000. PROJ: 23.81
The NFL’s WR1. The Justin Jefferson argument was cute and all, but Cooper Kupp has asserted himself yet again as the fantasy WR1 in the NFL thus far in my opinion. Commanding an absurd 47% air yard share and 35% target share, Kupp is tonight’s overall play by a wide margin.
DEEBO SAMUEL. SALARY: $10,400. PROJ: 17.94
Has had a huge beneficiary in this offense to both the change at QB to Jimmy G and the injuries to Elijah Mitchell and TDP. Accounting for the team lead in target share (28%) and also accounting for 17 rush attempts for 111 yards and a score. Deebo is the face of this offense both through the air and the ground, making him the top overall player from the SF side.
