Five pitchers in professional baseball had double-digit strikeouts last night

That’s not very interesting though, not sure why I even wrote that!
Zach Logue had a great start against the Marlins pukey lineup, he had a 39.4% CSW%, a 16.7% SwStr%, and a .232 xwOBA. Miami is hitting just .201/.269/.328 this month with a 24.8% K% - they are quite bad.
Good to see Frankie Montas put up a decent line, going 5.2 innings, giving up two runs and striking out six Mets. He had been really bad in his first outing with the Yankees, but we know he’s better than that, so I would expect better things moving forward.
Pablo Lopez also put up useful fantasy start, but it wasn’t overly dominant against a bad Athletics offense with just five strikeouts and two walks in six scoreless innings. I mean we’re not complaining, but it has been a pretty disappointing season for Pablo, who has just a 23.7% K% and a 7.3% BB%. That’s about where he was coming into last season, but I really thought he could be a 26-28% K% guy with a high ground-ball rate, developing into one of the better pitchers in the league. He’s still just 26 years old and has an impressive pitch arsenal, but he doesn’t appear to be destined for ace-hood at this point.
