BUF vs. MIA
The Bills have been in control for most of this season so far, but it’s still pretty discouraging to have any of their pass catchers. They had no trouble dominating with the run in this one, and that won’t always be the case, but Kincaid’s four targets and Coleman’s zero catches are making those fantasy owners pretty nervous about it. I would not start Coleman until he shows much better usage. Kincaid will be fine though, and if not - you don’t have another choice at tight end. Keep plugging him in.
Tua is out for at least a while, and maybe forevever. That’s bad news for the Miami offense as a whole. I’m not sure how bad it will be for Tyreek Hill. Probably a little bad, but one thing that bad QBs seem to be able to do is get the ball to their stud WRs. My guess is that Hill is still a WR1 in fantasy, but if we’re drafting today I’m not sure he’d be a first rounder.

LVR vs. BAL
As a Steelers’ guy, it’s pretty sweet to see the Ravens at 0-2. Gardner Mineshew is competent enough to get the ball to Davante Adams, and he had a big game here.
The Raiders backfield is rough right now. They’re fine with throwing it, and Zamir White has not had a big usage game. He has 22 of 39 RB carries this year with Mattison and Abdullah taking 11 away from him. It’s tough to start any Raiders other than Adams and Brock Bowers right now. Bowers has 17 targets through two games, just one shy of Adams, and he’s at a beautiful 15-156-0 line. He’s a top tight end play right now pretty clearly since all of the top guys are laying eggs.
Isaiah Likely dropped to just three targets and a 2-26-0 line in week two after his bustout week one. Mark Andrews didn’t do much better (4-51-0), but he was the main tight end target, earning 5 of the team’s 30.

Charbonnet took all 14 of the RB carries and added 5-31 through the air. So they’ll give him the full RB role when Walker is out, but they have liked to throw the ball so far. JSN had the huge game with 16 targets. Metcalf added 14. That’s 30 targets between the two of them and only two went Lockett’s way. JSN is a must-start now I’d say, not many guys have 16 targets in the range of outcomes.
12 targets for Hunter Henry and an 8-109 line. 23 more touches for Rhamondre Stevenson. Stevenson has a big role, it’s just a question of whether or not the Patriots can move the ball.

CLE vs. JAX
The Browns went and split the RB touches between Ford, Strong, and Foreman. Ford dominated the touches in week one, but Foreman played 25 snaps and got himself 15 touches to lead the team. I think you still play Ford while Chubb is out, but that was a pretty bad sign for him.
Tank Bigsby got some work in week one after the Etienne fumble, but he didn’t touch the ball at all in week two. So much for that! Targets are very spread out for this team now: Thomas (8), Etienne (7), Kirk (7), Strange (6), Engram (4), Washington (2), Farrel (2). They’ll have easier matchups ahead, I’d be starting Thomas, Engram, and Kirk while they’re healthy.

NYJ vs. TEN
Braelon Allen took seven carries and stole a touchdown from Breece Hall, but Hall’s 14 attempts and seven catches are still an elite role. Slow start for Garrett Wilson with just 10-117-0 through two games. He leads the team in targets and his ADoT is a decent 9.2, so I think he’s perfectly fine and you should try to buy low on that if possible.
It seems the Titans are running their offense through Tony Pollard. He has 33 carries and eight catches through two games. That’s the tenth most touches in the NFL so far. He would seem to have been a very good value in drafts this year.

IND vs. GNB
Embarassing game for the Colts here. The Packers were pretty much terrified to see Malik Willis do anything with the ball other than run with it or directly hand it to another person. There were only 13 team targets to go around, and nobody saw more than four of them. It’s tough to play Packers pass catchers until Love gets back.
Josh Jacobs ran it 32 times for 151 yards. It’s pretty tough to not have a good fantasy game if you’re getting the ball 25+ times. He did not find the endzone, and that will be an issue with Willis at the healm, but Jacobs is a must-start no matter who is at QB, and it sounds like Love should only miss one or two more games.
Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce earned seven targets to the lead the team, but passing volume is going to be low with Richardson under center. Jonathan Taylor only saw 14 carries. The Colts just didn’t have the ball very much, they ran just 55 plays which was seventh-least in the league in week two. Richardson, Taylor, and Pittman are starts, but there will probably be several duds from this offense.

NOR vs. DAL
The Saints are the surprise of the season so far. They are second in the league in yards per play at 6.6 (Vikings are first at 6.8). Carr leads the league by far at 11.36 yards per attempt. He has a 5:1 TD:INT and a 12.8% touchdown rate. That’s all unsustainble, but at the very least we can say he’s competent enough to pile up fantasy points for guys like Alvin Kamara, Chris Olave, and even Rashid Shaheed. Shaheed leads the team in targets with 9, but it’s been pretty spread out (Olave 8, Kamara 8, Moreau 4). Olave is a buy-low, Shaheed is probably a sell-high. I’d say Kamara is a sell-high as well, but I understand that it’s tough to get rid of a RB with this kind of role (35-198-4 rushing, 7-92-1 receiving so far).
CeeDee Lamb has dominated the passing game for the Cowboys, as expected. He has 17 targets through two games and a 9-151-1 line. The rest of the picture is ugly. Rush attempts have been very split (Zeek 16, Dowdle 15, Vaughn 5). It’s weird to say, but the only guys I’d be happy to start here are Lamb, Dak, and Ferguson when healthy.

Two underrated RBs here for fantasy. Devin Singletary has 26 totes for 132 yards and a touchdown through two weeks and has five catches. That’s not great usage, but it’s not awful for someone you’re probably using in your flex or even further down.
Malik Nabers has dominated through thea ir with 15-193-1 on 25 targets. I don’t believe in rookies, but he’s an exception, I guess!
Jayden Daniels has just a 7.6 yards per attempt through two weeks. He has not taken many deep shots (4.5 ADoT) and has gone for just 410 passing yards in two games. The rushing stuff keeps him as a fantasy starter, but the lack of throwing ability keeps his floor very low. His rushing takes some carries away from Brian Robinson, but he had a big game here and has a 29-173-1 line on the ground so far with an elite 6.0 yards per carry. Terry McLaurin leads the team in targets at 12, but that’s turned into just 8-39-0 through two games.

SFO vs. MIN
The stunner of the week was the Vikings upsetting the 49ers. Sam Darnold has been great at a 9.7 yards per attempt and four touchdowns on 49 attempts through two games. That’s good for Justin Jefferson, but nobody else on this team aside from Aaron Jones is a great fantasy start, and Jones isn’t really functioning as a workhorse RB either with just 23 attempts through two games.
The 49ers lost Deebo Samuel for a few weeks. Their targets so far: Samuel 19, Kittle 13, Aiyuk 10, Jennings 9, Jusz 8. So they don’t have CMC or Deebo. I think they’ll probably just struggle to move the ball, but it’s a boost for Kittle, Aiyuk, and Jennings.
Jordan Mason should also get all the carries. He has 48 through two games, and nobody other than Deebo (who has 10) has more than one. He seems like a guy who will be touchdown dependent. Has just two targets and nine yards through the air. If the 49ers aren’t scoring multiple touchdowns, he’ll have some dud games where he goes like 16-80-0, and that is not a good result in PPR.

TAM vs. DET
Amon-Ra St. Brown dominated this game and now has a team-leading 25 targets. He’s at 14-132-0 through the air, and almost all of that was this week.
David Montgomery (28 carries, 5 targets) and Jahmyr Gibbs (24 carries, 13 targets) are both getting a lot of work. Gibbs has 17 fantasy points in both games, so he has a pretty decent floor even while splitting snaps - the pass game role is very nice. Montgmoery also has 16 and 17 fantasy points, but the lack of catches keeps him pretty touchdown dependent (he’s scored in both games so far).
Tampa Bay is very concentrated. Chris Godwin has 16 targets and Mike Evans has 12, no other non-RB has more than five. Godwin is at 15-200-2 and Evans is at 8-103-2. Both are great starts. Rachaad White got hurt, so Bucky Irving got seven carries. They only ran the ball 23 times though, so we might just see them fully shift to the pass. That’s still fine for White, as he’s a great pass catching back, but he could end up losing the RB1 role to Irving who has a better 5.3 yards/carry this year (White is at 2.0).

LAC vs. CAR
Carolina is so bad. You’ll want to start running backs against them every single week. Their offense will improve with Andy Dalton taking over. I’d say that’s very good for Diontae Johnson.
JK Dobbins leads the league in yards per rush at 9.9. He’s at 27-266-2 through two games. He feels like a must-start, but he’ll have some much worse games when they face some good rushing defenses.
There’s no wide receivers to really love on the Chargers. Targets: Johnston 11, McConkey 11, Palmer 6, Hurst 5. McConkey went just 2-26-0 in his second game after a nice week one, but the Chargers really did not have to throw th ball very much here (Herbert threw it just 20 times in this game).

The Rams laid a dud here and lost Cooper Kupp for multiple weeks. That is very bad news for their ability to move the ball. He still led the team in targets in one half with six. Kyren Williams was second with five. Tutu Atwell (4), Demarcus Robinson (4), and Tyler Johnson (3) saw work, but none of them were able to do much. I’m not sure who the big beneficiary of the Kupp injury will be. It’s probably just bad news for everybody. Kyren will get a ton of work, but now teams can really focus in on him. I’d probably be adding Tyler Johnson if I had to pick someone.
Marvin Harrison went 4-130-2, catching two long touchdowns. He earned eight targets in this one, so that’s very good news for him.
Trey McBride leads the team in targets with 15, but just 11-97-0 through two games. Keep starting him, he’s clearly right there with Harrison in the passing games. And James Conner just continues to get the ball. He has 42 carries this year while Trey Benson is down at just 16.

CIN vs. KAN
The Bengals put up a good fight here and lost at the last minute. They’re third in the league now with a 71% Pass% and their 9.7 PROE is the highest in the league. And that is without their full passing attack. Zack Moss leads the team in carries, but it’s only 21-78-1 through two games. He’s at 3-30-0 through the air. Burrow leaned on Mike Gesicki in this one, and he now leads the team in targets and has a nice 10-109-0 line through two games. Ja’Marr Chase hasn’t had the big game, but it should be coming. He’s at 11 targets and 10-97-0 through two games with a low 5.5 ADoT.
Rashee Rice is the guy for the Chiefs. He has 15 targets and a big 12-178-1 line through two games. Xavier Worthy has eight targets and did not follow up his big week one game, going just 2-17-0 here.
Isiah Pacheco will miss several weeks now. Carson Steele is his backup, he’s gone 9-27-0 with no targets through two games in very limited usage. The add might be Samaje Perine. He was a late addition to the club, so he’s just been getting integrated. I would imagine he’s out there a lot next week, and he can get you a decent fantasy game on catches alone.
I’d think the Chiefs just go full out pass attack now, they’ve shown the willingness to do that for years now.

PIT vs. DEN
There’s really nothing interesting on either team for fantasy here. Bo Nix stinks, Justin Fields has just 6.4 yards per attempt on 43 passes through two games. The Steelers do not want to throw it. Eventually they’ll have to, though. They’ve have the lead all season, I think. It might even be Russell Wilson at QB next week, we’ll see. Wilson would be better for George Pickens who leads the team in targets with 11. He hasn’t been awful with 8-114-0 through the air. He’ll have some big games, he’s getting multiple shots downfield per game, but the floor is almost zero.

CHI vs. HOU
Caleb Williams has a lot of adjusting to do, and he’s killed this team for fantasy purposes. He’s at a 55% completion rate and a 4.0 yards per attempt, both of those numbers are awful. Defenses have just focused in on D’Andre Swift, who has averaged a pathetic 2.0 yards per carry. So the Bears can’t move the ball. They’ll improve as we move forward, there’s no place to go but up.
The Texans are running through Joe Mixon and Nico Collins. Collins has a huge 14-252-1 line through two weeks to lead the league in receiving. Mixon has 46 touches even after missing snaps to an injury. He’s questionable for next week. If he were to miss, it would be some combination of Dameon Pierce, Cam Akers, and Dare Ogunbowale.

ATL vs. PHI
47 carries so far for Saquon Barkley. He has 204 rushing yards and 44 receiving with three total touchdowns. Jalen Hurts took the rushing TD from him last night. The Eagles struggled without AJ Brown and lost the game. Britain Covey was the beneficiary with six targets. He caught all six but had just a 1.8 ADoT, so it wasn’t a good fantasy result.
Falcons targets so far: (McLoud 12, London 11, Mooney 10, Robinson 10, Pitts 7). That is really spread out. The only guys you can really lean on here are London and Bijan.
